Most of what brings people to counseling is relational, including patterns that made sense once and don't anymore, ways of connecting that cost more than they give. My work draws on interpersonal neurobiology, two-person psychology, and relational-cultural theory to understand those patterns in context and change them by leveraging the power of the therapeutic relationship.
